Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very convenient, especially for families visiting Disneyland, offering large and clean rooms with free drinking water provided. However, the dining options were lacking in quality. The location is unbeatable for easy access to the park and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel had beautiful rooms with 2 comfortable Double Beds and lovely Celebration Decoration Package for our daughter's 9th birthday, but they only opened at 3 pm daily and felt slightly damp due to the proximity to the ocean.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, with 2 comfortable Double Beds and I loved the amazing maze in the garden. However, the rooms felt quite dated and not really value for money, but they were surprisingly spacious for a Hong Kong hotel. The service was quite helpful, especially with expenses being signed to the room, and Yen, Clarissa, and Bonnie were great and accommodating. The location was lovely, beautifully maintained, with amazing trees and plants, perfect for joining everyone during breakfast at Launtau Island. However, it was impossible to book any restaurant, which was a downside. The dining options were limited and very expensive, particularly because of the club room at the Enchanted Garden. Despite the limited options, I enjoyed the risotto. Overall, the hotel had some great aspects but also some areas that could be improved.
The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it easy for families to visit. The rooms were spacious but a bit outdated. Despite the late opening time, they were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, especially from Edward and Mavis at the front desk. The location was ideal for Disneyland access, although the dining options were limited and overpriced. The poolside food and beverage service needs improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a lovely garden view and convenient proximity to the gym and pool area; however, lacks enough distinctive Disney touches. The late opening time of the pool at 3 pm might limit access, especially for families visiting Disneyland.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious, and I loved the Christmas amenities tin in the bathrooms. The snacks in the fridge and the sweet turn-down service every night were delightful. Plus, having buffet breakfast and 24/7 snacks was a real treat!
The hotel has spacious rooms with great facilities and a convenient location near Disneyland. However, there is a persistent smell of smoke in the supposedly non-smoking rooms, and the pool only opens in the afternoon, limiting access for children during the day when most guests are at Disneyland.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds making it great for families traveling with a toddler. However, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room despite being labeled as non-smoking. The room upgrade with a balcony was a nice touch.
The hotel has a picturesque location by the sea, but the pool's opening hours are inconvenient for families visiting Disneyland. The rooms are adorned with charming decorations and offer a view of the sea, albeit restricted access. The service staff is a mixed bag, with some being accommodating while others lack friendliness. The location is excellent for relaxing walks by the sea and easy access to Disneyland, although the hotel's store can get crowded. Dining options are limited and overpriced, especially with basic set meals instead of a buffet.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious with many details reminiscent of the Cinderella movie, including delightful Christmas amenities in the bathrooms. The service is excellent, with attentive and professional staff. The location is convenient, especially for guests with disabilities accessing sea views. The dining options are limited and expensive.
